£3.50 for Core Stability

£5 for Bag Blast

£5 for circuits and martial arts classes

Membership

£39 Allow access to any classes and full use of the gym and equipment at any time.

£25 Gym Membership allows you full use of gym equipement and access to matted area.

£30 Class Membership allows access to all classes
