Zumba has eventually arrived in Newquay……………

Come join the party with us! You will get an amazing experience of a full body workout being bare footed on the mats just like a great beach party. Be prepared to sweat and have the time of your life!! Make the most out of our creche and/or the fact that the kids are at school! Come along with your kid(s) and have a great dancing workout to finish your week with a smile and a slimmer silhouette: you’ll be surprised by how quickly your body will change and we’ll prove all those that say ‘no pain no gain’ wrong!
