30-mins Strength & Conditioning circuits 30mins Bag Blast – lots of hitting a punch bag!!
1 hour thoroughly conditioning your body using the latest proven techniques, such and Tabata training, explosive full body movements, strength sessions and bag work.
A typical class will involve a 10min warmup followed by a 20min high intensity circuit which will work your whole body scorching away unwanted fat and improving power, strength and muscle tone.
We then move onto 20 mins bag work simple combinations on the punch bag – you do not need any boxing experience (we even provide the gloves), this is where we work your cardio in a fun but intense 20min session.
Cool down stretch out. Using techniques taken from yoga and pilates we go through a full body stretch routine that will improve your recovery rate and leave you feeling refreshed, ready for the next workout
