Yoga: Taught by Sagara the Yoga classes have had rave reviews. Yoga is used by many top athletes and sportsman, especially popular with surfers and martial artists it was only a matter of time before we incorporated it into our program

BodyBlast: A fusion of circuits and bagblast, this high tempo workout incorporates HIT training, Tabata Methods, strength & power circuits and combinations on the bags. Bodyblast has become one the most popular classes so we have added a second class Saturday mornings 10.00am

Extra Core class: Again due to popularity a Alices core class has a second timeslot on Tuesdays 5.15pm. Time to get those summer abbs on!
